About Odense RoboticsWe build the software and integration layer. We are looking for the people and equipment that can bring it into a real operating environment.
VAERN Systems and Heimdall Systems have begun a collaboration to explore how their solutions can complement each other.
Bring radar, passive RF, EO/IR, edge hardware or radio interfaces. Together we can define the relevant data connection and the criteria for assessing it.
Discuss this collaborationHelp connect existing equipment and C2 workflows. The starting point is a shared interface specification and a bounded integration test.
Discuss this collaborationContribute a partner-supplied effector interface and its operating constraints — under your own authorisations and only where the law allows. We focus on operator authorisation and the integration boundary; VAERN does not manufacture effectors.
Discuss this collaborationBring a concrete use case, operator feedback or a test environment in Denmark. Help define relevant workflows and the evidence needed to assess them.
Discuss this collaborationWe continue to seek development and validation partners; roles, scope and any commercial terms are agreed individually.
A short conversation about your equipment, use case and expectations.
A guided HAMMER demo on simulated data, followed by an interface and workflow discussion.
Agree what to connect, who contributes what and what a useful result would demonstrate.
Our focus spans critical infrastructure, energy facilities, maritime operations and defence.
Rasmus Møller Jørgensen, 23, from Odense. Three years in the Danish armed forces — in both the Army and the Air Force — trained as a mechanic, and a glider pilot for close to a decade. That is three ways of knowing the same airspace: from the ground, from the workshop, and from the cockpit.
That combination is why VAERN looks the way it does. The time in the armed forces is about how a decision is actually made, and who carries the responsibility — which is why the operator is in the loop, not the automation. The mechanic's background is about equipment that has to work in the rain, in a field, at three in the morning — which is why the interfaces are open and the moving parts are few. And gliding is about the low airspace from the inside: reading weather, traffic and other people's intentions when you have no engine to correct with.
VAERN is founded and led by Rasmus Møller Jørgensen. We welcome dialogue with technical specialists and partners who share our focus on the operator and the task.
An operator supported by AI — accountable for every decision that matters.
VAERN is 100% Danish-owned and run from Denmark. Human control and clear responsibility guide our work.
